Dine Esty has a cozy and well stocked Lounge Bar, a Private Dining Room, Live Teppan Yaki Counter and the main Dinning area to give a perfect dining experience. All in all it has seating capacity for 123 guests. Supreme quality in its driving force and nothing is compromised. From the best choice of fresh ingredients to precision preparation and amazing presentation Chef Tamang obviously labors with love creating gourmet Chinese and Japanese dishes.

First the Chinese, soup lovers, don’t miss the “Peppery Lemon Soup with choice of Vegetable, Chicken or Seafood”, a refreshing clear and tangy delight, and the ever popular and traditional Hot and Sour Soup. The Dim Sums here are a must try, they are a good representation of the quality that the kitchen upkeeps. The creative use of the ingredients by the Chef lends the element of surprise, breaks the taste and beckons you to try more. Other must try includes “Stir –fry Chinese Greens”, “Double Cook Pork Chili Hoi-Sin Sauce”, “Crispy lamb Szechwan Pepper” etc. On a more traditional vein, there is a wonderful mix of Silken Tofu & Vegetables Stir-fried in a lovely hot bean sauce; A connoisseurs dish to accompany Steaming White Rice. Apart from the regular Chef Tamang adds to his repertoire of popular dishes, specials like Xiang Chili Chicken, Sesame Black Pepper Lamb,Crispy Duck with Pancakes,Duck in Fragrant Soya, Cube Chicken in Peppercorn Sauce and for the health freaks there is a choice of Steamed Chicken, Fish or Prawns in Ginger Oyster Sauce. For seafood lovers they have freshest of Lobsters, Jumbo Crab and variety of fishes like Sea Bass, Silver Pomfret, River Sole and Grouper to Choose from, prepared in various sauces.

For Japanese there is a variety of Ornamental Sushi with range as Nigiri-Zushi, Futomaki, Hosomaki and Uramaki and dishes like Tori Katsu, Tempura, Miso Soup are not to be missed . Teppanyaki items such as Chicken Yakitori, Prawns in Teriyaki are great.

A good selection of wines on offer include Albert Bichot Chablis 1st Cru Les Lys Domaine, Albert Bichot Domaine Du Pavillion Pommard, Louis Ladot Pouilly Fuisse ,Jacob’s creek range and many more, wines from France, Australia, California, Spain, Italy and Chili.

There are no mediocre dishes here and service is impeccable. Amazingly one doesn’t feel heavy after the meal, I guess the trick is minimal deep-frying and not mixing too many flavors.

Desserts range from oriental delights to the proverbial ice creams. For a typical Oriental refreshing sweet ending go for the “Date rolls with ice- cream”, decadent to the core!

True to the Japanese concept of Zen harmony, dining here is an experience in harmony of body, soul and mind, reflected in its refined cuisine. The premium food justifies the prices, service and the ambience. The restaurant attracts a discerning gourmet crowd. Friendly waiters and impeccable service makes dining here a total experience. It is open daily for lunch from 12:00 noon until 3:30pm and for dinner from 7:00pm until 11:30pm.
